JOB SUMMARY This position is directly supervised by the Inpatient Pharmacy Team Leader and indirectly by Staff Pharmacists. The tasks performed require knowledge about pharmacy procedures and inventory location. The major function of this position is to assist staff pharmacists with the medication dispensing process. Major job responsibilities include medication preparation, medication delivery, inventory management, answering/troubleshooting phone calls, managing automated dispensing cabinets, and other duties as assigned.
